House Guests

Every year, Evergreen Museum & Library offers a two-month summer residency for visual artists living outside of Maryland.

The 'House Guests' Artist-in-Residence program provides housing, individual studio and a stipend. One residency is offered per year.

Applications for the summer 2009 residency must by postmarked by December 1, 2008.

There is no formal application for the residency program. If you are interested in being considered, please send 10 slides or digital images on CD (not via email) of your work, two letters of recommendation, a written proposal (including detailed information on your residency plans), and a résumé to:
